呼吁筹备网络人权委员会

--请尽一切可能遵守中国法律

只是本人的设想,希望看到有人实现。
=探索网络人权的内容和实现方式

==讨论网络人权的内容和实现方式。
==促进翻墙。
==促进网络中立性,通过消费者维权的方式,确保网络服务商为人民服务,而不是为政府服务。
==促进政治商业机构对纳税人,雇员,客户通过网络技术手段提供平等发言机会。
==促进网络人权得到宪法承认和法律保护。

=采取什么组织和运行方式?
暂定采取定期网络选举方式,成立一个秘书处。开展捐款和项目管理工作。由秘书处做定期财务和项目报告。

=网络人权委员会应该包括哪些人?
所有关注网络人权的人都可以参加,无论性别,无论贩夫走卒,无论中外。从专业角度说,媒体,法律,软件等行业的从业人员可能关注程度就更高一些。

=是否反对中国共产党执政?
容忍批评和反对共产党的声音,是比承认党的领导重要得多的原则。从个人来说,我不反对共产党执政。但这不是该委员会的议题范围。

支持王晓峰先生采取法律行动捍卫自己的博客

采取何种方式发表自己的博客,是王晓峰先生的权利。这对王晓峰个人来说是是否男人的问题,对中国社会来说,呃,好吧,我对王晓峰先生有那么点期待。同时再次呼吁,无论是否有博客的中国公民,都可以起诉自己的互联网接入服务商(电信,联通,有线通,移动的无线介入等)黑箱监管。只要有那么一个足够多的“我们”能够平静地表达自己的意见,那些龌龊的人,就会在黑暗的角落中颤抖。“我们”终将能够打开言论空间,对所有的罪恶进行审判,然后宽恕一切。然后用我们的人性探索我们的未来。

王晓峰的博客2009年3月曾提出备案申请,此后几次申请没有回音。据其称,2010年2月9日,他首次收到驳回通知。

本报2月4日报道了中国著名独立博客"不许联想"因为没有ICP备案,而被ID C (接入服务商)拒绝域名指向,导致博客无法访问。博主王晓峰称他不是没有去备案,而是多次申请备案,都没有获得任何回音,既不说批准,也不说不批准。

这一次,有关部门做出了回复:"不符合备案要求,退回修改",而原因则是:"接入商意见:信息不正确。"

有网友提出,为什么王晓峰不肯像其他人一样把博客开到门户网站或博客网站去,一定要坚持独立博客?对此,王晓峰接受南都记者采访时表示,他不想自己的言论被网站删除修改,他会坚持继续不停地申请IC P备案,并且不排除寻求法律途径。

"不符合备案要求退回修改"

2月2日开始,王晓峰的独立博客"不许联想"因没有备案而无法访问,在紧急启用的备用域名也失效后,王晓峰博客挂到了他朋友已备案的网站下,作为二级域名,规避了备案问题。

9日,王晓峰收到了备案申请被驳回的通知,"您的ICP备案(www.wangxiaofeng.net),经北京市通信管理局审核,不符合备案要求,现退回修改。"

王晓峰博客备案申请的代理人马日拉告诉本报记者,此次被驳回的备案申请信息详细精确,地址、电话等信息都经过数次核对,被驳回的原因"实在想不出"。

IDC初审就未通过

随后记者致电北京市通信管理局,工作人员告诉记者,ICP备案在送达通信管理局审核之前,还需经过ID C的初审,只有初审通过的申请才会由通信管理局进行最终审核,王晓峰的博客备案是被ID C所拒绝。

ID C北大方正宽带网络科技有限公司证实了驳回王晓峰博客备案一事,负责审核王晓峰备案申请的贾姓工作人员告诉记者,王晓峰的备案申请根据相关部门的要求肯定有问题,至于具体原因是什么,该工作人员称正在休假,"无法查询",也"不方便透露"。

"我一定要抗争"

王晓峰本人对此则称"很荒唐",在电话里他告诉记者,现在独立博客普遍要求专项备案,IDC驳回他的申请其实是"不想承担责任",是在用各种理 由"扼杀个人博客"。王晓峰说,"他们说博客要专项备案,这就像你开一个复印店,但却被告知需要办理特种经营许可证,这就是中国特色。"

王晓峰说,之所以不在门户开博客,正是因为要独立的思考和发表独立的见解,避免自己的言论被门户网站修改删除,并且法律规定公民可以创建自己的 独立博客,因此他要"主张自己的权利"。王晓峰说,如果备案一直不批准,他就会不停地申请,并且不排除寻求法律途径,"公民有权利独立表达,我一定要抗争 "。

SAP Catch Weight Management

It has an acronym of CWM. I found it is difficult to have a mapping tag in Chinese. It made Chinese people decentralized as new terms was introduced in any specific domain.  So did people of other languages. Although this topic is out of scope of this article, I would like to learn your opinions. Drop me an email if you are interested in it too.

Materials packaged in standard form are generally merchandised in whole-some unit, e.g., piece, each, bottle. Their stocks can be recorded and processed in standard functionalities of counting, valuating, packaging, storaging, splitting in most modern ERP systems. Even bulk-materials, like gas, coal, are managed well in business systems too.

Many produce materials, like meats, vegetables, cheese cakes have to be managed in different business scenarios. They could be counted in logistical pieces but valuated in accounting. That's why CWM is introduced. You might find some other industries with materials to managed by CWM too. Generally you can continue reading if you are interested to find more details of such a business solution for such scenarios.

Key points to have in mind for a successful implementation CWM,

*: Define base unit of measure by packaged unit. Define parallel UoM as weight Unit of measure. It is totally different from many traditional UoM setup approaches in SAP implementation. Whole project team could be confused sometimes and heavy communication within team have to be conducted.
*: Valuation of accounting can be base on either base UoM or parallel. But there will be different posting in accounting book. Make sure your accounting department have clear understanding on differences of 2 alternatives.
*: Inventory must be carried from IM instead of WM if it is performed in parallel UoM because parallel UoM quantities are not recored in WM at all.
*: Carefully review QM, batch management, HU management.
*: Sometimes project stock, customer stock, or stock cross different companies have to be managed and allocated in several processes. They have to be reviewed as well. A careless decision could cause dramatic amount of RICEF objects.
