Is google being evil in China now?

For big Internet names from states who are receiving hearing from Senators on their policies to implement censorship in foreign countries,

As in China, you may say that you were not evil before so many different voices emerging out. But you can not say that you are not evil now as you are still functioning improper censorship on Chinese democratic voices. I am not qualified to say if you are in violence of a Chinese and/or US law. But I am quite sure you will be evil if you don't change your policy regarding Internet censorship in China.
